Κυριαρχεί στα BAFTA ο… «Βασιλιάς»!

Ούτε μια μέρα δεν πέρασε από τη λαμπερή απονομή των Χρυσών Σφαιρών στο Λος Άντζελες, και ήδη νωρίς το πρωί της Τρίτης ανακοινώθηκαν οι υποψηφιότητες για τα βρετανικά βραβεία BAFTA.

Πρώτη στη λίστα βρίσκεται, η ταινία «Ο Λόγος του Βασιλιά» με 14 συνολικά υποψηφιότητες, ενώ ακολουθεί η ταινία του Darren Aronofsky «Μαύρος Κύκνος» με 12. Την πρώτη πεντάδα συμπληρώνουν οι ταινίες «Inception» με 9 υποψηφιότητες και «127 Ώρες» και «True Grit» με 8.

Πιο αναλυτικά, «Ο Λόγος του Βασιλιά», μεταξύ άλλων, είναι υποψήφιος στις κατηγορίες καλύτερης ταινίας, σκηνοθεσίας και α’ ανδρικού ρόλου για τον Colin Firth, ενώ στις αντίστοιχες κατηγορίες βρίσκεται υποψήφιος και ο «Μαύρος Κύκνος», με την Natalie Portman να διεκδικεί το βραβείο α’ γυναικείου ρόλου.

Το «The Social Network» που έφυγε με τέσσερα βραβεία από τις Χρυσές Σφαίρες, διεκδικεί 6 BAFTA, αυτά της καλύτερης ταινίας, σκηνοθεσίας και σεναρίου για τον Aaron Sorkin. Η «Αλίκη στην Χώρα των Θαυμάτων» κυριαρχεί στις υποψηφιότητες για ειδικά εφέ, μακιγιάζ και κουστούμια, με συνολικά 5 υποψηφιότητες.

Στην κατηγορία των κινουμένων σχεδίων βρίσκουμε τις ταινίες «Εγώ ο Απαισιότατος», «Πώς να Εκπαιδεύσετε τον Δράκο σας» και «Toy Story 3». Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι για το βραβείο καλύτερου ανερχόμενου ηθοποιού υποψήφιοι είναι μερικά από τα πιο πολλά υποσχόμενα ονόματα του Hollywood, όπως η Gemma Arterton, ο Andrew Garfield, ο Tom Hardy, ο Aaron Johnson και η Emma Stone.

Η τελετή απονομής των βραβείων της Βρετανικής Ακαδημίας Κινηματογράφου θα γίνει την Κυριακή 13 Φεβρουαρίου στο Royal Opera House του Λονδίνου.
