Early this morning, members of GENOP-DEI proceeded to a symbolic blocking of the entrance of the Finance ministry, preventing the minister and the employees from getting in.

The workers are wearing handcuffs and holding a banner which reads “we are resisting”.
GENOP-DEI members are protesting against the privatization plan for their organization and are asking for a meeting with G. Papakonstantinou.
It is a symbolic blocking and will stop in a few hours, said Nikos Fotopoulos, the GENOP-DEI president, adding that further protests are being planned.
