The mid-term vote will start at 2pm

The most crucial parliamentary vote for the future of Greece starts today at 2 pm.

It is the time that will mark the start of the counting of “YES” and “NO’s” to the mid-term program. According to information, the “awakening efforts” of the government have minimized possible leaks; thus the majority is focused on the stance of Alekos Athanasiadis.

On the other hand, ND is concerned about the stance of Elsa Papadimitriou, since many in Syggrou fear that the  MP will go against the party directive and vote in favor of the bill.

KKE and SYRIZA are expected to vote against the program, while Dora Bakogianni is expected to clarify her stance in the morning, along with the MPs that have joined her Democratic Alliance.
