Jan Claude Juncker says yes to 6th installment

 Greece will receive a total of 8 billion from the new installment by the middle of September. The news came right from the horse's mouth: Mr. Schuler, a representative of the president of the Eurogroup Mr.Juncker, clarifying that the installement depends on whether Greece will fulfill its goals.

These clarifications are more important now due to the black hole that has been calculated at 4,5 billion euros and is way off the goal set by the Troika; that explains the high-ranking members of the Troika arriving in Athens unexpectedly.

Under different circumstances, the beginning of a dialogue on Monday with all political parties on the new changes in the tax system would be considered a success.

However, the very heavy "inheritance" of Mr.Papakostantinou with the black hole of 4,5 bil. euros has given a new perspective on the 6th installment from the EU and the IMF. The representatives of the Troika are here since Greece has not yet succeeded in the goals set, and they are trying to find ways to fulfill the criteria they have set for Greece.

They are asking for faster changes in the tax system and for the right people in the right places. The choice of people in head positions at the tax offices of the country could change the revenue from taxes owed to the state.
