ASE sees decline at the end of the week

Equity prices were declining at the opening of trade at the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) on Friday, with the basic share price index down 2.02%, standing at 956.88 points at 11:15 am local time, and turnover at 10.375 million euros.

Exchange (ASE) on Friday, with the basic share price index down 2.02%,
standing at 956.88 points at 11:15 am local time, and turnover at 10.375
million euros.
The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down 2.11%, the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was down 2.02%, and the FTSE/ASE-80 small cap index was down 1.97%.
Individual sector indices were moving downward, with the biggest losses in Travel and Recreation, down 4.48%, Financial Services, down 3.75%, and Banks, down 3.55%.
Of the stocks traded, 15 were up, 56 were down, while the unchanged ones were 9.
