The ALCO poll published in “Proto Thema” presents the main opposition party, ND 22.2%, ahead of PASOK which represents 17.4% of the people’s preference. KKE reaches 7.1%, LAOS 5.6%, SYRIZA 4%, Democratic Alliance 2.2%, Democratic Left 2.4%, the Ecologists 3.4% and Arma Politon 1.4%. 3.4% of the people said they will vote for a different party than the aforementioned ones and 30.9% remain undecided. 67% of the respondents are against early elections, while 55% disagrees with a possible coalition government before the elections. In the KAPA Research poll results published in “The Sunday Vima”, PASOK is placed at 21.2%, ND at 21.8%, ΚΚΕ reached 7.3%, LAOS and SYRIZA fell a bit compared to the previous poll conducted by ALCO, thus reaching 5,5% and 3.1% respectively, followed by Ecologists at 2.1%, Democratic Left at 2.3%, Democratic Alliance at 2.2% and Arma Politon at 2.1%. 1.6% admitted they will vote for another party, while the ones that are still unsure of where their vote will go make up 30.8%.
56.2% of the citizens want the government to complete its four-year administration, while 41.9% believe the country is in need of a coalition government here and now.
As for the MRB poll that was conducted on behalf of “Real News”, it shows that the difference between the two leading parties lies at 5.1 points, which means ND is at 23.7%, PASOK at 18.6%, ΚΚΕ at 8.1%, LAOS at 5.5%, SYRIZA at 5.1%, the Ecologists at 3.1%, Democatic Left at 2.7%, Democratic Alliance at 2.3%, Arma Politon 1.3%, other parties 4.7% and undecided voters at 25.9%.
Respondents agree with a PASOK-ND coalition government either before the elections (52.1%) or after them (56.4%) if PASOK does not win the necessary seats.
