Venizelos meets with Papandreou and Kaklamanis

Evangelos Venizelos met with Prime Minister George Papandreou after the meeting of the historic cabinet.

The VP and Minister of Finance is reportedly considering all options for his participation (or non-participation) in the new government scheme, the workings of which are peaking between the two major parties in view of the expected communications on the composition of the new government.

After the meeting with Mr. Papandreou, Mr. Venizelos had a meeting with former House Chairman and former minister of previous PASOK governments, Apostolos Kaklamanis.

Since this morning, however, the office of Mr. Kaklamanis has been receiving many visitors, including Messrs. Venizelos, Athanasakis and House Chairman Mr. Philip Petsalnikos
