With the decision to convene the political council within the week in order to refine the president’s proposal to the party, the proceedings of the National PASOK Council ended late on Sunday.
With the decision to convene the political council within the week in
order to refine the president’s proposal to the party, the proceedings
of the National PASOK Council ended late on Sunday.
The National Council approved the proposal that the proceedings of the election of a new party president be completed with intra-party elections to take place after the PSI finishes, and before the national elections.
The political council will specify the timetable and procedures set out in the statute for the election of leadership.
Among those who did not vote for the proposal were Efthymiou, Vardakastanis and Grigorakos.
