With a question to State minister Dimitris Stamatis and Finance minister Yiannis Stournaras, SYRIZA MPs Stathis Panagoulis and Nassos Athanasiou seek to learn the cost to the public funds of the foreign advisers to former prime minister George Papandreou.

The two MPs seek details "on the number of former prime minister George Papandreou’s advisers (e.g. architect Acebillo, Economics professor Stiglitz and others), their salaries per person and the overall cost of his staff to the State budget during his premiership."

Specifically, their question mentions: "A) The exact number of Papandreou’s advisers during his premiership, the determination of the domain that they offered their services in and their total remuneration.

B) Have their relevant reports submitted to parliament, to display the extent of their service to the Greek State and the correspondence of their work to the size of their remuneration."
