SYRIZA looking for "social salvation government" alliances

Leaving for the moment the "left wing government" openings to KKE, SYRIZA will submit its new proposal for a "social salvation government", having the party of the Independent Greeks as its primary recipient, followed by forces that may secede from DIMAR and PASOK.

Referring to the political proposal by SYRIZA and its ability to find alliances, party president Alexis Tsipras said "we will be a government of social salvation based on SYRIZA-EKM, which will change the political system, which will change the state, will overthrow the big inequities in the tax system. It's a great opportunity for significant incisions and institutional changes that have never occurred in Greece."

SYRIZA now recognizes more and more that its major potential ally in this effort is the party of the Independent Greeks, but also anticipates processes in the center field that will bring forth anti-memorandum forces. Especially with Panos Kammenos’ party, the first big rehearsal of an agreement will be the discussion of the proposal to establish a Committee to determine how Greece got to the memorandum, which will be held on November 30.

Meanwhile, SYRIZA intensifies its criticism on the government and due to the legislative acts with which the government seeks to appease the Troika, talks about "a debt colony" and "elimination of every trace of national sovereignty."

Tsipras will hold a press conference at the "Amelia" hotel
at 12 pm, entitled "SYRIZA-EKM in front of the Panhellenic Conference."
