Greece's program is on the right track, new Eurogroup chief and Dutch Finance minister Jeroen Dijsselbloem said.

He added that Greece received the January tranche and that "we were informed that Greece is on its way to completing the prerequisites for the February tranche." The relevant decision will be made by the Euro Working Group on February 21.

Referring to the issue of promoting three-year budgets to public bodies with a cap on spending, Dijsselbloem said "we are waiting for the finalization of actions to decide on the disbursement of the tranche in February."

Regarding Cyprus, he said they discussed the plan that will be finalized in March after the elections on the island. Emphasis is placed on the issue of "money laundering."

In March as well, EU officials will examine the ways to ensure Ireland’s and Portugal’s return to the markets.
