Greek justice summons 13 Siemens members

The investigators handling the case of slush funds in Greece sent summoning calls for 13 members of the parent Siemens in Germany for crimes of corruption and money laundering

The investigators handling the case of slush funds in Greece sent summoning calls for 13 members of the parent Siemens in Germany for crimes of corruption and money laundering. 

These calls relate to contract 202 to digitize OTE and are addressed to: the then president of Siemens in Germany Fon Dürer, two board members and all senior executives of the industry involved in the 202contract.

The 13 Germans defendants have two months to appear before the Greek justice. In case they do not show up the Greek investigative authorities are allegedly determined to proceed with the issuance of international and European arrest warrants.
