According to information, the circular that will be sent in tax offices provides that borrowers who declare economic weakness will be able to apply for a settling of even more than 48 installments under the following conditions:

-       have unpaid debts only before 2013

-       have filed all VAT returns in the last five years

-       they do not have other assets

They will be liable to request up to 100 monthly interest-bearing installments, but these will be calculated automatically by the annual net income they will state for 2012.

The installments will be a percentage of their net annual income, depending on the height at which it ranges. They will start at 5%, and will increase along with their income. Specifically:

-       for declared monthly income of up to 500 euros, the minimum installment will be 5%. For incomes of 300 euros or less, the installment cannot be less than 15 euros per month

-       from 500 to 1,000 euros per month, the minimum installment will be 6%, ie 30-60 per month

-       for 1,000-1,500 euros the installment will be 7% or 70-100 euros per month

-       for 1,500-2,000 and over the installment will be 8%, ie from 120 to 160 euros a month

-       for 2,000 to 10,000 euros, the lowest installment will amount to 10%

-       for over 10,000 euros, the minimum installment will be less than 12%.
