Troika "shows" Eurobank for Hellenic Postbank

The bidding deadline for the Hellenic Postbank (TT) expires today, in order to have sold the bank by the end of the month or at least to have concluded the agreement in principle until July 15, since the TT and Proton sales are prerequisites for the disbursement of the tranche.
The financial presentation of the new TT in Alpha, Eurobank and National Bank that are the concerned banks and which have signed the confidentiality agreements concluded last Friday.
According to newmoney.gr Troika and the Bank of Greece not only suggest in Brussels and the Greek government, but also want TT’s control to pass to Eurobank as they assume it would further empower it, especially its capital.
