Greek PM met with the administrations of the country’s four systemic banks - He called for their contribution to Greece’s economic recovery
Prime Minister Antonis Samaras met this morning at Maximos Mansion with the administration of the FSF and the administrations of the four systemic Greek banks Alpha Bank, Eurobank, Piraeus and National, and asked them to contribute to the economic recovery of Greece by injecting liquidity into the market and with low interest rates.
Finance Minister Yiannis Stournaras was also present at the meeting.
The appointment of Antonis Samaras with the administrations of the four banks came after the completion of the recapitalization of financial institutions and after the announcement of the sale agreement of Hellenic Postbank to Eurobank.
