"Blackout" in Taxis - Problems with tax returns

Mess and disorganization, a week before the end of the first deadlines - Only 30% of the debtors has submitted a tax return - Earnings and interest receipts have not been sent to taxpayers

The deadlines for submission of tax returns are heading towards a new extension, as serious obstacles are presented in completing and submitting them online.

Taxisnet has been open since May 24, but so far 70% of taxpayers has filed no statement, and despite the relatively small volume of electronic tax returns, the system is overloaded.

So far, only 1.8m taxpayers have submitted a tax return in a total of 6 million, while the system has temporarily stored about 350,000 statements.

With submission deadlines expiring next Monday, July 22, tax consultants and accountants have already requested an extension until Sept. 30 mainly because of the mess in sending tax returns.

Receipts have not been sent out, mainly from auxiliary funds, and in many cases they are wrong. The infamous interest rates have not been uploaded on Taxis and banks refuse to provide certificates to taxpayers. Tax authorities have not sent certificates for loan repayments either and many other problems show up on a daily basis.
