People are talking: Key witness "burns" Golden Dawn

The judicial investigation launched by the Hellenic Supreme Court to reveal the criminal nature of the Golden Dawn progresses, while turmoil is caused by the “” in the Hellenic Police force, to which the Public Order Ministry proceeded wanting to show zero tolerance.

The Supreme Court Deputy Public Prosecutor Charalambos Vourliotis, who has been placed as head of the investigation, has called for deposition journalists that have spoken with repentant members of the Nazi organization and which intend to talk and reveal the role of Golden Dawn leaders.

Information indicates that a witness who has served in the Golden Dawn appeared before Vourliotis, wanting to file details on the principals of the murder of Pavlos Fyssas in Keratsini and give information about the physical perpetrators and instigators of the “Assault Teams” attacks.

The lifting of telephone secrecy, reportedly brought incriminating data for five persons who will be prosecuted for felonies.

The Deputy Public Prosecutor of the Supreme Court called for examination the parliamentarian representatives of the main political parties, namely Sophia Voultepsis from New Democracy, Panagiotis Lafazanis of SYRIZA, Takis Rigas of PASOK and Vassilis Oikonomou of Democratic Left.

According to sources, Vourliotis focuses his research in the dark activities of the Golden Dawn, as the protection of nightclubs, and seeks evidence for the funding sources of the organization. He insists on asking the witnesses if there is a central planning and guidance of their activities.
