Michaloliakos, Kasidiaris, Panayiotaros, Lagos and Michos were led in court in handcuffs from the Police Headquarters - They launched insults and threats
The 19 people arrested for involvement in the criminal organization Golden Dawn were led to building No 16 of the courts in Evelpidon Street.
First to exit the building of the Police Headquarters was the secretary general of the Golden Dawn, Nikos Michaloliakos, handcuffed, escorted by men of EKAM. "We will not bend, long live Greece," Elias Kasidiaris said. "And in the evening you eat your memorandum, cause there won’t be anything else in the pot with the show you are putting on," Elias Panagiotaros said.
They were followed by the rest of the arrested GD members who exited the Headquarters yelling insults and threats and wearing handcuffs. Only the arrested GD members were taken to Evelpidon from the Police Headquarters and they are Elias Kasidiaris, Yannis Lagos, Elias Panagiotaros and Nikos Michos. Party spokesman Christos Pappas is still wanted by the Greek authorities.
Those arrested will be brought first to the District Attorney, Dimitris Pierros and then to the relevant investigator. A team of prosecutors will act against the arrested GD MPs.
Upon arriving in Evelpidon, the wife of Nikos Michaloliakos, Helen Zaroulia, hugged her husband and said, "My love you made them look like fools, long live the Golden Dawn". His daughter, Urania, kissed her father and then fell weeping into the arms of her mother. "We will not bend," Kasidiaris yelled and swore.
