Golden Dawn believes Greeks are the "Aryan Race" and others are subhuman

The subhuman category included foreigners, homosexuals, those with disabilities or mental health problems and those who disagreed with GD positions - Nikos Michaloliakos had a managerial role - All six MPs deny allegations

The indictments have drawn by the investigators handling the case of the Golden Dawn against the defendants in the case are quite heavy. They fully adopt the finding of the Deputy Prosecutor Charalambos Vourliotis and talk about the military structure of the Golden Dawn, absolute hierarchy, blind obedience and conspiratorial behavior. Reportedly, Nikos Michaloliakos had a leading role in the Golden Dawn.

Ιndicatively, the indictment states:

- "The said group (Golden Dawn) headed from the beginning by N. Michaloliakos became a political grouping under the name Golden Dawn. At the lapsed time ther was a separation of its political department from its operational section, the aim of which was to forcibly tackle those considered as enemies of the organization."

- "At an ideological level, the organization defends the racial purity of the Aryan race (allegedly including the Greek people) and its superiority over the "non-Aryan" peoples. In other words, it believes that those not belonging to the "popular community of the race" are subhuman, such as foreigners, migrants, Roma, homosexuals, those with disabilities or mental health problems and those who disagreed with the views and opinions of the GD."

According to information, the case file includes an anonymous letter by a former member of the Golden Dawn transmitted to the Supreme Court, which even speaks of arms trafficking by the fascist organization.

From their side, all six Golden Dawn MPs deny their charges, with Elias Kasidiaris and Nikos Michaloliakos arguing that their prosecution is politically motivated.
