He was driving an uninsured car with fake license plates and had no driver's license
Michalis Liapis was arrested by Traffic Police in Loutsa.
The former minister was stopped for a traffic check and the police officers found that the VW Touareg he was driving had fake license plates.
Their surprise grew larger when they found out that he didn’t have a driver's license and the car was uninsured.
Liapis was arrested, taken to the Police Traffic Department of Agia Paraskevi and then to the public prosecutor.
