After Christodoulos Xiros, the accused of involvement in the terrorist organization “Conspiracy of Cells of Fire” Kostas Sakkas is now considered a fugitive from midnight Monday, having violated his bail and showing up at the Police Department in Kaminia. Under the terms of his bail he should have appeared at the Police Station by midnight Monday, which he never did. According to the Hellenic Police Sakkas is being sought after from 12 midnight.

Kostas Sakkas had testified in January, and according to the charges his fingerprints were identified in a hideout of the organization “Conspiracy of Cells of Fire” in Halandri.

He was imposed a bail of 5,000 euros and the restrictive conditions of a ban on leaving Attica and Greece, appearance each Monday at a police station, a mandatory stay at home he declared as his residence, of prohibition of any contact and communication with co-accused in the "Conspiracy of Cells of Fire" case and the removal of his passport and identity card.

Sakkas has denied having participated in any manner in a terrorist organization, while regarding the fingerprints found in two department store bags, he reportedly claims that these were detected in movable objects without autonomous penal interest.

 Regarding his co-defendants who have assumed the responsibility for taking part in a terrorist organization, has stated that he had only friendly and social relations with them
