Elliniko: Construction tasks start in 2015, openings in 2017

In 2015 the advance of 300 million euros from the consortium of Lamda Development, Al Mabaar and Fosun - The license to run casinos will be given upon a separate tender.

The total building will cover 2,600,000 square meters over three million square metres. which is the allowed building and constructing area, while the total coverage corresponds to 700 acres out of 6,200 acres of land.
