This will be the most expensive restaurant on the planet!

It is known that this island never sleeps. It is one of the top travel destinations, where the beauty of nature competes the luxury. The Ibiza is a paradise , full of stunning scenery , great beaches and popular hotels and restaurants.

But on May 18 this island will be again in the center of interest. The new Hard Rock Hotel opening in Playa d'en Bossa will include the most expensive restaurant in the world, “Sublimotion”. The price per person for a full course meal will be 1,235 pounds or about 1,500 euros !

Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero is behind the five-star resort’s exclusive concept, which aims to take 12 guests at a time ‘an experience for all the senses’.

The menu includes 20 dishes triggering various emotions to clients, from joy and pleasure to fear, reflection and nostalgia.
