By Spyros Goutzanis and Christos Bokas
The state budget for 2011 was voted on, with PASOK voting for and the opposition against it.
156 YES’s and 142 NO’s were recorded in the roll call voting, as Ms Mika Tsabika and Mr Kostas Chatzidakis were not present.
Along with the state budget vote, there was also a vote on the costs of the presidency of Democracy, in which 236 MP’s voted for and 58 against.
Earlier, PM Giorgos Papandreou had expressed his certainty that in 2013 we will enter a track of growth and get rid of the memorandum, while at the same time accusing ND of dishonesty and desertion.
