We managed to borrow almost 2 billion for an interest just under 5%

Vote of confidence for investors in Greece – at least for the next six months – that they will be able to earn back their money.

According to sources, today the Greek state has been able to borrow with very low interest – which is extremely rare in times of economic crisis; the interest is at 4,90% when last July it was 4.82%.

The demand more than covered the supply and instead of receiving 1,5 billion euros, the Greek state managed to fork out 1,950 billion euros.
